Project Management services covers Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control, and Closing Processes using nine knowledge management areas: integration, scope, time, cost, human resource, communication, quality, risk and procurement. We are competent in undertaking our main stream of operation which is construction implementation, supervision, contract coordination, inspection and testing of material and equipment as well as commissioning of plant and equipment. The company has most of the logistics to help undertake all the projects and when necessary we hire the ones we do not have. Our plants are all in good state.
